Yoga Mural Dos

Mermaid Pose: Here’s the left-side yoga mural in the yoga room at Catalyst Physical Therapy and Wellness.  Yoga instructor extraordinaire Lindsay poses next to it, once again to give you all a size comparison.  Lastly will be the third yoga pose mural on the right-hand side of the wall, completing the… trilogy, if you will!  The final yoga pose is called, Half Lord of The Fishes.  I shall post that within the week, after this post goes up.
